Lindsay Park Place

This is one of our most challenging projects, to turn a derelict Synagogue into ten unique suites. The building built in 1929 was finished in 1949 and set derelict for we over ten years. We cut in drive under garages (2 to 6 car garages each) added 6,000 sf second floor. Each suite is a unique address, each has different floor plan and finishes.

We had approached the owner of the project who was very dissatisfied with his design team and their budget which came in 100% over the original estimates when tendered. Osiris put together a new design team worked to revamp the original design. This building sold without a realtors listing, right off the construction sign, the owner got his asking prices, a success.
