Coventry Hills

This project consisted of 96 townhouse style condos with buildings of 4 to six units each. Each had single car garages with basements at 1400 sf each. Prefabricated on site shortening delivery of entire project. This project won the Multi-Family Builder of the Year award for that year. We also supervised the installation of deep services.
