Lord Nelson

This project was the conversion of a 1970’s era rundown nine story hotel into a modern Holiday Inn Express. The interior was gutted down to the concrete, all base board heating was removed and boiler being replaced with P-Tac heat pumps in each room. The rooms were rebuilt with new washrooms. The post tension cable floors were repaired. The emergency generation was changed and a fire sprinkler system added. The exterior was completely refinished.
