Pharmacy

This project built in Airdrie was originally going into what was a 10,000 sf Alberta Liquor Store purchased by the Client. They were approached by Alberta Child and Social Services to lease the building. The Client needed the space but decided to build an addition (two stories and a basement) for their use and lease the existing building. We added over 14,000 sf to the building with the Pharmacy on the ground floor and a thrift shop on the second.
