Westminster Gardens
This project was an Inner-City small multi-family consisting of two buildings, one a three story duplex and a three story three-plex. This was a challenging project as we negotiated a change of land use from C-1 (commercial) to a DC (residential direct control). The project was 40% over built because we could count the second floor decks as part of the amenities area. Pressure treated lumber was used for the foundation and the main floor was a slab on grade (no basements). All elevations facing the lane, street and avenue were completely clad in brick. All units had double car garages with a large den/home offices behind the garages, main floor has kitchen and living while third had the bedrooms.
