We have built single-family units in subdivisions, acreages and infill projects; small multi-family infills; and larger multi-family projects totaling almost a thousand units.  We have also delivered many successful residential renovations from modest interior works, to removing the house off the floor/foundation and extending the foundation to build a new house on top.

Inner-city development requires extensive consultations with the City Planning Department to get approvals and consultations with the community associations; we are experienced in making these applications, meeting with the neighbours and community associations to manage expectations and ensure a successful outcome.
