Over the last 25 years, we have applied for just about every permit you can apply for: development, building, demolition, street use, indemnification agreements, rezoning applications, deep service connections to city utilities and lane closures.  We have installed shoring to protect surrounding properties for the purpose of excavating a foundation for basements and parkades.  We are experienced in the structural elements of buildings including, concrete, steel or wood construction.

Having conducted over 100 audits on existing buildings, we are very familiar with building envelope issues, mechanical and electrical systems. We like to be involved in the design process to ensure we get an efficient and cost effective product in the end.  On our client’s behalf, we have sought out the architect and consultant team for the project, or we have worked with the client’s already established design team.
