Our business is providing professional project and construction management services to our clients.  We have a proven track record of delivering successful projects for over 25 years, and provide strategic and innovative solutions based on the career of over 40 years’ experience in civil works and building construction of our Managing Director, Mr. John Hutchins.  He spent 11 years in the construction side of the Army Corp of Engineers, in Canada and the Middle East. In the Military he learned to improvise and adapt to a range of demanding building projects and has brought this versatile approach to his own business.  After his release from the Military he worked for a general contractor for a year, he soon realized he could do better with his own company.

We provide clients with innovative solutions to technical building challenges and can provide support by managing interaction with trades and municipalities. We have specialized experience in turning failed projects around and can provide clients with cost analysis support and detailed deficiency reporting.  We can work with the client’s own design team or we can tap in to our diverse network of professional specialists to select the architect and consultants for the client.  For every problem there is a solution if you look hard enough, and we do.

Osiris started in the residential market with single-family homes and moved on to multi-family projects having built almost 1,000 units since our inception. Commercially, we started in constructing CRU (commercial retail units) in shopping centers and strip malls working up to light industrial projects. Osiris Construction Management is a division of 1706602 Alta Inc. and is a registered corporation in the Province of Alberta.
