Due to our experience, we have been asked to consult on various construction issues.  We have completed extensive reviews of buildings where, due to financial issues, contractors have placed liens for lack of payment, or the building has gone into receivership. We can provide detailed cost-to-complete analysis and damage and deficiency reports.  We can also provide detailed reviews of commercial project drawings to identify conflicts, and provide value engineering as to methods and efficiencies.
