Airdrie Koinonia Christian School: Our project came to a halt when it was discovered the general contractor hadn’t been paying his trades or suppliers. It sat unfinished for almost two years. We entered into open honest communications of the challenges and difficulties we were going to face. They were able to work and coordinated with many different people, trades and consultants to get construction started again. They were able to keep job mostly on cost and when extras arose, explained them and worked at keeping these costs to a minimum. We have no reservations in recommending Osiris to anyone.
