My client leased this new facility which was much larger than the one he was moving out of, 5,000 sf of office and 40,000 sf of shop floor. We renovated the 5,000 sf front offices, added two new shop offices and a large lunch room. We also over saw the movement of the clients equipment from the old location to this new manufacturing floor.
