Centennial Park

This was purchased by my client as a nice clean 1,400 sf bungalow. We removed the house from the foundation leaving the main floor subfloor intact, increased the foot print and adding a double car garage to the front of the house. We built a 3,600 sf two story house on the expanded foundation.
