Our Client purchased this building an we divided it into two separate occupancy’s. Our Client took the larger space, we demolished the interior replaced and upgraded much of the electrical system, added a new rooftop HVAC unit was added. We split the electrical service dividing it into one for each space, as well we separated the mechanical systems as well.

The interior was rebuilt to provide offices, print room, drafting room, board room and server room.
