Kensington Mews I
We were asked by the Architect of the project to a meeting with insurance appraisers and lawyers associated with a dispute between the owners and the developer, architect and some trades (there were 27 law suites). The problem was the vinyl windows were painted dark green and this caused the frames to warp letting water and cold air in when the windows were closed. We were asked to investigate to see what other damage may also be present. We installed one new test window for the owners to inspect and approve. All the law suites were put on hold as we replaced all the windows in the building, once finished and all the damages repaired all law suites were terminated and we ended up $ 10,000. under budget.
