Manchester Place

This project consisted of a two level parkade and four floors of suites totaling 56. The site presented particular problems with the local power lines running along our side of the rear lane. We negotiated with Enmax to put in temporary poles in the park across the lane and running new lines so the lines along our property line could be d- energized. This allowed our piling rigs to get right up to the power lines to set shoring.
