McKenzie Lake Renovation

This house was a two story with a walkout basement and three car garage. We added a new bedroom over the front living room and a second new bedroom over the single car garage along with a washroom and laundry. There were two mill-work contractors, one doing cabinetry and one doing the extensive wall paneling and interior doors and frames. An up-grade was done to the electrical system increasing the 100 amp panel to a 200 amp panel, along with new Air Conditioning and radiant heating, there were also major structural changes.
