The Client purchased a new commercial condo of 23,000 sf, we added a 3,300 sf steel mezzanine for offices and set up the shop manufacturing floor. we installed new make up air and exhaust systems with CO sensors. The office area had glass walls along the interior hall to get as much natural light into the back offices as possible.
