Panatella

This was a large site consisting of 21 buildings, some eight plexes and some twelve plexes all two story a total of 212 suites. We worked with the City to get the DP approved and released and started the deep services as well as the shallows. The foundations are all frost walls with main floors slabs on grade, infloor heating provided by tank less hot water heaters which also provide the domestic hot water.
