Private School

This project was in danger of going into receivership, the original General Contractor failed to pay his trades and suppliers, leaving the School Board in a very precarious position. Osiris was asked to do a cost to complete analysis of what it would take to complete the project. We provided our analysis and the Bank agreed to fund. We had to complete the project in phases, the first phase was the classrooms so school could open. The second phase was the Gym which is now done.

This building had sat empty and incomplete for the better part of a year, we managed to get the Architect and Consultants to work with us and we brought some of the trades back, most we replaced. We did run into a few hiccups but managed to keep pretty close to our original budget. We now have most of the landscaping finished and will continue to work with the school until the last two phases are complete.
