Sheraton Four Points

This project turned the existing at grade parkade into additional suites, the laundry was relocated from the basement, we added two new banquet rooms on the main floor and new storage in the basement. The original breeze way drive through under the second floor was filled in connecting the new main floor wing to reception and the restaurant. The garbage shed was relocated to the end of the building and a new porte’ cochere and entry to the hotel was built in its place, greatly enhancing the arrival experience. We enlarged the main floor behind the entry and added new administration offices.
