Stanley Park Lift

This small bungalow sat on a concrete foundation with a walkout. The ceiling height in the basement was just over seven feet. We jacked the house up two feet and extended the foundation walls by two feet turning the basement into quality space. There was also a new kitchen and fireplace and numerous repairs as we had now leveled the main floor.
